The following Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") are applicable to individuals ("Customers" or "You") who access, use, and register for an account with Jackpotcity Casino and utilize any of the products or services offered by the casino. New Player Sign-Up Bonus: New players must claim their sign-up bonus within 7 days of opening their account. After this period, the sign-up bonus will no longer be available. Account Limitation: Each individual is restricted to maintaining only one account at any given time. Play Through Requirement: The bonus amount received must be wagered 70 times (70x) before it can be transferred from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance. For example, if you deposit 100 and receive a 100-credit bonus, the Play Through Requirement will be 70 x 100 = 7000. Cash winnings can be withdrawn at any time, subject to meeting all the specified terms and conditions. If a player has a positive cash balance after completing the 70x wagering requirement and attempts to withdraw, the winnings derived from the free spins will be capped at 100 Casino Credits (in the currency of play), and any remaining cash balance will be forfeited. Free Spins Offer: If a Free Spins Offer is granted, it must be played through 70 times (70x) before any winnings made using the bonus money portion can be withdrawn. If you play excluded games (0%) before meeting the playthrough requirements, the casino reserves the right to void any winnings from those games at its discretion. Promotion-Specific Terms: Contribution percentages and playthrough requirements may differ depending on the promotion and geographical location. Wagers placed using the gamble feature will not count towards the Play Through Requirement. Bets/wagers are not accepted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void - win or lose. 10. Bets/wagers will only be valid once You receive the confirmation of the acceptance of Your bet/wager. Bets/wagers placed with insufficient funds in Your account will be void.

A bet/wager that You request will only be valid once accepted by Stake. Each valid bet/wager will receive a unique transaction code. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets/wagers which are not issued with a unique transaction code. In the event that Stake believes a Player of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a policy adopted by Stake, then Stake may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw from any Player any bonus or promotion, or terminate that Player’s access to the Services, the Software, and/or lock that Player’s account, either temporarily or permanently.
