Sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender (2022). Plot unknown. Speaking to French news channel 20 Minutes (via Culture Crave), James Cameron revealed that the third film will introduce a villainous Na’vi group called the Ashes. “I want to show the Na’vi from a different angle, because [so far] I’ve only shown the good side of them. In the early films, there are very negative examples of people and very positive examples of the Na’vi. In Avatar 3, we’re going to do the opposite.” It was followed by Avatar 4 (2029)
